SHIPPING

Shipping is via tracked DHL for international customers and flat rate pre-paid Australia Post satchels for customers in Australia.

When the parcel reaches the country of destination, the parcel is then transferred to that country's postal service. The postal service then provide a fully tracked express delivery.


Please make certain your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes made by the destination country's postal service.

If the parcel is returned to us because of failed delivery, we are happy to do the following:

1. Refund the cost of the order, minus shipping.
2. Resend the items at your costs.


WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

International customers, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.  Please remember I am in Australia.  Deliveries are usually much quicker.  However, occassionally deliveries can be a little slower due to customs or postage strikes. 

If a parcel is lost and shows as 'not delivered' or 'in transit' for a longer than expected period of time, we can try and claim for the cost of the items.

However, if the parcel shows as delivered on the portal and on the postal service website, we are not responsible for any losses or claims. You will need to seek reimbursement from your postal service.


RETURNS

You may return faulty products to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the goods are faulty, the cost of shipping back to us will be refunded.

Please be aware, if you return a product and it is found to be in working order, we will not cover the shipping or replace the product.  Eg. if you cannot get a stamper to pick up and you return it and we find that the product works, we will not refund the product or shipping.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return items must be sent back via tracked mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the error is ours).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds will be processed within four weeks of us receiving the returned goods. Goods must be shipped back to us with tracking. If the return parcel is lost, no return will processed.

As Dixie Plates is in Australia, please allow up to four weeks for the return product to be received. However, in many cases, it will be quicker.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact info@dixiegirlxox.com to obtain return information.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dixiegirlxox.com


LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Once your package is in the care of either DHL or Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is returned due to incorrect information supplied to us, we will not refund shipping costs.

Your order can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or the order can be refunded minus shipping costs. Tracking will be provided so you can watch your goodies in transit.
